In May 2012 Lee launched his own coaching and change facilitation practice and now works with local (Devon) and national businesses to help them navigate change, and develop individuals and teams.
He started his career in Total Quality Management, specialising in working with cross-departmental teams on systems improvement, re-engineering, and ISO training. Lee has worked with both the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) and the Bulgarian Maritime Administration (BMA), supporting Bulgaria’s accession to the EU.
Since 2011 Lee has integrated action learning sets and deeper reflective practices into his work with clients.
In 2013 he established Nowlab, working virtually and face to face as an executive/team coach and change facilitator, helping release the human potential often ‘locked up’ in traditional working practices and structures.
Lee designed and facilitates the Organisational Leadership pathway on the BA program at Petroc.
Action research provides the foundation of this increasingly digital program, giving managers and leaders the skills required to develop deeper connections with themselves and their teams. He has an MSc in Organisation Change from Ashridge Business School.
He now blends his academic work with business change consulting and writing books.
